When Sjømatfest repeats the success of "The Taste of the Future" for the third year in a row, the event will take place at the Port Terminal - inside Bystua and outdoors on the Port Roof. Here we will set up a number of stalls with different types of seafood and vegetarian dishes.
Get ready for species from the sea you've never tasted before. There will be seaweed, sea urchins, sea urchins and parts of the fish and shellfish we never thought could be food. And how about a delicious portion of future soup? Your head will also be fed the future - with a series of popular science presentations from the stage. We will continuously present those who will share their knowledge of what the sea's diverse pantries and medicine cabinets have to offer. Stay tuned!
