Prostneset harbor terminal is located right on the quayside in Tromsø city center, with Strawberry Hotel The Edge and Alti Nerstranda as its closest neighbors. From being the city's church site, the area has developed into a central commercial and business area.
For many years, Prostneset has been a hub for travelers. At Prostneset, travelers with Kystruten, speedboats and district buses meet in addition to other visitors to the city.
