The breathing room

The one-day course with Lene McNair and Björg Thorhallsdottir focuses on circular breathing, relaxation and deeper contact with the body and emotions. Through breathing we get in touch with more subtle layers of the body and repressed emotions, and through deep relaxation, acceptance and safety we can let these emotions in and release the blocked energy that lies latent. We practice accommodating what is and what comes up, so that more of what we are can be accommodated and allowed to live in us and through us.
